AGRF offers a broad range of state-of-the-art technology platforms to accommodate a variety of genotyping applications. Genotyping applications ranging from genome-wide linkage and association studies to customised fine mapping are offered for a few up to thousands of samples. AB 3730
The AGRF uses the 48-capillary 3730 DNA Analyser for high throughput genetic analysis. This platform allows for many different applications while providing the best technology. Using the AB3730, the AGRF provide the following Microsatellite Genotyping services:

Affymetrix
AGRF uses the Affymetrix GeneChip® Instrument System. With the integrated GeneChip Instrument System, reproducible and reliable genetic analysis data can be generated. The flexible platform analyzes all GeneChip probe arrays for gene expression analysis and DNA analysis.

Sequenom
AGRF uses the Sequenom MassARRAY® system for high throughput genotyping applications. The MassARRAY system combines proprietary primer extension chemical reactions with MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry analysis for a flexible, high-throughput DNA analysis solution for identifying genetic variations.
Using the Sequenom MassARRAY® system, the AGRF provides the following services:

illumina has developed a set of integrated system solutions to enable SNP genotyping and gene expression profiling. The Infinium whole-genome genotyping BeadArray solution offers single or multi-sample BeadChip formats and high-density design with the flexibility to add additional custom SNP assays. A key feature of the Infinium Assay protocols is the single-tube sample preparation without PCR or ligation. High call rates and accuracy are achieved via an enzymatic discrimination step. The BeadArray system is used at AGRF in conjunction with the BeadStudio data analysis software for a variety of high throughput genotyping applications.
