Next-Generation Sequencing
AGRF offers an ultra high throughput DNA sequencing service using the Roche GS FLX (454) and illumina HiSeq2000 (Solexa) systems. A variety of different projects now reveal the advantages and disadvantages for applications on each of these Next-Generation sequencing technologies. They show that the use of one technology alone does not necessarily provide the best solution. A combination of these technologies (as well as Sanger sequencing) may provide a more complete, cost-effective sequencing solution. Contact Us
