Array Processing

The AGRF offers a full expression array processing service.  Each RNA sample submitted to the AGRF undergoes the same rigorous Quality Control measures prior to being accepted for gene expression array processing and analysis.  The service process for all gene expression platforms offered at the AGRF is outlined in the flow diagram below.

Array Processing General

AGRF offers array processing services for all available catalogue expression arrays for each of our platforms. Using the links below, you can view the current range of expression arrays available:

AGRF also offers array processing services for custom expression arrays: design and purchase your custom array and then submit these along with your samples to the AGRF for processing. Custom expression arrays can be purchased from the following listed companies using the links below:

Custom Expression Arrays:

Labeling – The AGRF offers a broad range of labeling procedures, applicable to each of our platforms. The applicability of the labeling process is dependent on the weight and type of RNA samples submitted to the AGRF for gene expression analysis. The labeling process tags the sample, which will ultimately be coupled with Biotin or a fluorescent dye for subsequent detection required for analysis.

Hybridisation, Wash and Scan – The AGRF has the capacity to follow the hybridization, washing and scanning required for all of our microarray platforms.
