Nucleic Acid Extraction
AGRF provides DNA extraction services for a wide range of starting materials, and applicable to any species. The appropriate extraction system is selected, or customised, according to your needs. This service often incorporates a small-scale pilot test to ensure compatibility with your downstream applications.
The AGRF also provides RNA extraction or Tissue – cDNA services, with the same emphasis on “suitability for purpose”. As part of offering a customised solution, mutually agreed Quality Control measures are considered prior to initiation of service and form part of the service agreement.
AGRF also has experience in extracting Nucleic Acids from the Oragene Saliva self-collection kits.
Nucleic acids may be returned following isolation, enter another of AGRFs service pipelines, or form the basis of an archived storage and distribution service.
