Up to 48,000 clones can be arrayed onto a 22cm x 22cm nylon membrane. Using a double offset design, clones can be easily identified as positive and sourced directly from the plate. The nylon membrane arrays are generated directly from 384 well bacterial plates. These are then prepared and delivered ready to screen.
