1. The management and staff of the AGRF are committed to the best possible professional practice and to provide the highest quality genomics services to our clients.
2. The AGRF management and staff endeavour to provide laboratory services of the highest standard to our clients and to participate in research and development activities.
3. The objectives of our management system are to ensure:
- Our clients have access to state of the art genomic services that are efficient, effective and accurate and with data delivered on time
- Our staff has continuing professional development and a safe work environment
- Our organisation will continuously develop the services offered to our clients
- The organisational structure supports the achievement of these objectives
4. To achieve the highest quality standards the AGRF has established a Quality System. All AGRF staff are required to familiarise themselves with this quality documentation and implement these policies and procedures in their daily work.
5. The AGRF management and staff are committed to compliance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025.
