Sequencing - Capillary Separation
AGRF's capillary separation service is NATA accredited and is for clients who have completed the DNA labeling (sequencing) reaction and subsequent cleanup themselves. Samples are sent in dried down pellet format in tubes or plates and are analysed on the AB 3730xl sequencing platforms. The average turn around time for this service is 2 working days from sample receipt.
AGRF offers a sequencing reaction cleanup at an additional charge, if requested.
The capillary separation service process flow diagram is outlined below. For each sample, our Bioinformatics service provides the client with a suite of analysis files (see below) which are available in electronic format via our secure website.
