Sequencing - Purified DNA
AGRF provides a NATA accredited, rapid turnaround, complete sequencing service for purified DNA. AGRF's purified DNA service is based on submission of purified DNA template (plasmid or PCR product) with the appropriate primer. Please refer to Sample Submission Requirements for additional details.
The purified DNA sequencing service provides:
- DNA labeling (sequencing) reaction and cleanup
- Capillary separation on the AB 3730xl
- Comprehensive sequence analysis, as outlined in the service process flow diagram below
For each sample, our Bioinformatics service provides a suite of analysis files (see below), available in electronic format via our website. The turnaround time for this service is between 2-4 days from receipt of sample and the appropriate primer.
