Sequencing services are offered at the AGRF's Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne nodes.
AGRF offers Project Sequencing for large scale and specialised sequencing. A minimum of 384 (4x96) samples are required for Project Sequencing.
The AGRF Sequencing Service also offers sequencing utilising next-generation technology based on the Roche GS FLX (454) and the illumina HiSeq 2000.
Three simple steps to using AGRF Sanger routine sequencing service
- 1. Enter your details on the AGRF website
- 2. Your user name and password is automatically generated and emailed to you
- 3. Log in, submit your sample information and send your samples to AGRF
