Services
Sequencing services are offered at the AGRF's Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne nodes.
All Sequencing Services are operated out of the Brisbane Node except for the Capillary Separation Service which is offered at all three AGRF Nodes.
AGRF offers Project Sequencing for large scale and specialised sequencing. A minimum of 384 (4x96) samples are required for Project Sequencing.
The AGRF Sequencing Service also offers sequencing utilising new generation technology based on the Roche GS FLX (454).
