End of Year Closures and Final Submission Dates

All AGRF Sites will be closed from Friday, December 25, 2020, re-opening on Monday, January 4th, 2021. 

In preparation for AGRF closures over the Christmas and New Year period, we'd like to notify you of our final submission and sequencing dates for 2020. 

Please drop your samples off by the following times to ensure your samples are processed and you receive your data on time: 

Final Submissions for Sanger and Genotyping, for data delivery before Christmas:

  • Array cytogenetics – COB Thursday 17th December

  • Microbial ID – COB Tuesday 15th December

  • Genotyping FS – COB Monday 21st December

  • Genotyping FA – COB Friday 18th December

  • Sanger CS – COB Tuesday 22nd December

  • Sanger CS+ – COB Tuesday 22nd December

  • Sanger PD – COB Monday 21st December

  • Sanger PD+ – COB Tuesday 15th December

Final Sequencing Dates for NextGen:

Please note that samples will continue to be received and prepped for sequencing up until midday, December 24. The below cutoff dates are for sequencing before December 24, dependent on reagent supply.

  • Microbial Profiling – samples must be received in Melbourne by 27th November

  • NGS with library prep – samples will be sequenced in January

  • MiSeq Client libraries – 11th December

  • NextSeq Client libraries – 11th December

  • NovaSeq Client libraries (lanes & flow-cells) – samples must be received in Melbourne by 27th November
