REAL treatments epigenetics study
/Epigenetics offers a promising approach to our understanding of how environmental factors can impact gene expression and contribute to the risk of chronic conditions.
The Child Behaviour Research Clinic, based at the University of Sydney, work with children who present with behavioural, emotional, and social development concerns to understand the genetic contribution of environmental factors on genes.
The research group has been working with AGRF using the Illumina MethylationEPIC array for over 1,000 samples and a subset of over 350 samples using the Illumina Global Screening Array, with multi-disease and psychiatric disorder content (GSA-MD-Psych).
