All AGRF sites are open and committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service.

In Melbourne, recent announcements by VCCC Management mean that access to AGRF on level 13 is via swipe card only. As a result, we have installed a Sample Collection Point at VCCC Reception in the foyer on the ground floor for you to drop off your samples.

After completing your online submission, you can post your samples to us (details here) or you can drop them off at the VCCC Reception desk. You will simply have to go through the temperature check and go straight ahead to the reception desk. To the right of the desk, you will find our Sample Collection Point box, with some spare sample bags, should you need them.

Please place your samples and Online Sample Submission Sheet into the sample bag and into the box. AGRF staff will be checking the box multiple times throughout the day, between 9am and 4:30pm.

If you have samples on DRY ICE, please phone us on 1300 247 301 when you arrive and we will come down to collect them from you.
