Key Account Manager - Clinical Genomics

The Key Account Manager, Clinical Genomics will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across AGRF's clinical genomics and translational genomics portfolio.

As the primary commercial representative for AGRF within the territory, you will engage with hospitals, pathology providers, healthcare organisations, biotechnology companies, clinical researchers and Key Opinion Leaders to position AGRF as a trusted long-term partner.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that combines sales, business development, account management and strategic partnership development.

You’ll bring together sales, business development, account management and strategic partnerships, working closely with our scientific and operational teams to deliver solutions that can accelerate discovery and improve patient outcomes.

Advanced Genomics Services Scientist - Innovation & Development

AGRF is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Genomics Services (AGS) Scientist to join our Melbourne-based Innovation & Development (I&D) team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of genomic technologies, partnering with researchers and industry clients to deliver tailored, bespoke solutions that support scientific discovery and translational research.

As an AGS Scientist, you will independently deliver complex and bespoke genomic projects across a diverse range of research and translational applications.
You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand project requirements, develop and optimise workflows, troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes.

AGRF's Advanced Genomics Services include single-cell workflows, such as 10x Genomics, and chromatin mapping applications, including Hi-C, CUT&RUN and ATAC-seq.

Alongside hands-on laboratory work, you will contribute to the ongoing development of AGRF's service portfolio by evaluating emerging technologies, improving workflows and identifying new opportunities to support our clients.
