Simply send us swabs for processing, and we will provide you with raw data (CT values) for you to interpret and report patient results.
Our validated COVID-19 RT-PCR assay uses the TGA-approved Genetic Signatures’ EasyScreen SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit to provide the following:
Extraction from swabs in viral transport media
Results within 12 to 72 hours
A result file reporting CT values, including threshold and baseline values, and a table for interpretation to allow your lab to report the patient result
In addition to our COVID-19 RT-PCR assay, AGRF also offers Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Genotyping services to support scientists and health care professionals with their research.
Through our national network of laboratories and partnerships, AGRF provides genomic services for COVID-19 research designed to understand transmission routes, mutation rates, or for vaccine development and therapies.
