AGRF and APAF Partner to Boost Multi-Omics for Australian Researchers
/We’re excited to share some fantastic news for Australia’s research community.
AGRF and the Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) have formed a new partnership to strengthen integrated multiomics services for researchers across the country. This collaboration brings together AGRF’s national expertise in genomics, transcriptomics and Olink Proteomics with APAF’s long‑standing capabilities in mass spectrometry‑based proteomics, glycomics, metabolomics and lipidomics.
“This partnership exemplifies the power of collaboration across Bioplatforms Australia-funded and networked facilities. By combining our expertise, we offer researchers comprehensive consultation on how best to leverage the outputs from a diverse range of ‘omic platforms to address complex biological questions,” said Cath Moore, Chief Scientific Officer at AGRF.
A big thank you to the teams at AGRF and APAF for driving this forward. We’re looking forward to seeing the impact this integrated multi-omics approach will have in accelerating discovery and innovation nationwide.
