With over 20 years of genomics expertise, our Flagship Melbourne Laboratory holds ISO15189 accreditation, delivering NATA accredited workflows for your Clinical Genomic applications, including Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), SNP Array Genotyping and Sanger Sequencing for Variant Confirmation.
In addition, AGRF has a number of services accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) in the field of Life Sciences and operates in compliance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
AGRF is also certified under the OGTR classification according to AS/NZS 2243.3:2002, and has PC2-accredited facilities at our Brisbane and Adelaide sites. Please refer to the OGTR website for further information.

These key industry product and equipment suppliers have independently assessed AGRF’s data and QMS to certify that AGRF technical staff and our workflows are performing optimally for their products, from sample receipt to data delivery.
We are routinely audited by our users including manufacturers, pharmaceutical groups, clinical genomics groups, government bodies and clinical service providers to comply with their QMS and to ensure AGRF services and procedures meet their rigorous regulatory requirements.
We encourage and welcome auditing processes to receive independent feedback on our QMS for compliance and continuous improvement.
