We have utilised AGRF services ranging from Sanger-based sequencing of plasmids to the latest high-throughput Next-Gen Sequencing. The arrival of Australia’s first 10X Chromium platform at AGRF in 2016, allowed us to have early access to the latest single cell RNA-Seq technology. We were able to quickly and reliably interrogate the transcriptome of thousands of mammary epithelial cells isolated from different development stages and publish the results.
