  11. Samples failing QC and not proceeding to library preparation will incur an $18 QC charge.

  12. Data available 6 weeks from samples passing QC and includes analysis for batches up to 24. More than 24 samples may require additional analysis time. Batches of more than 96 samples will require additional processing time.

  13. Deliverables:

    • BAM file of mapped reads per sample (+ BAM index file)

    • GTF file of consensus transcript sequences per sample

    • Counts table of gene expression values across all samples

    • MDS plot using un-normalised and pre-filtered gene counts to illustrate expression profiles

    • Summary table of mapping and annotation proportions

    • Summary bar plot of mapping and annotation proportions
